Little Waltham Holiday Club have been on a "JUNGLE JAMBOREE" (See Holiday Club Page for photos).
C U D stands for Christian Understanding and Development.
We are about 20/25 Christians who attend two URC chapels in Little Waltham & Chignal Smealy, North and West of Chelmsford. CUD is a home group that meets every two weeks to develop our understanding in a very informal relaxed setting.
We are split into two groups these days due our swelling numbers, so we have:
1. Broomfield & Little Waltham
and
2. Villages (Gt. Leighs, Howe Street, Great Waltham, Pleshey etc)
Our evenings usually go like this:
7.45 for 8.00pm Arrive
8.00pm to 9.00pm Speaker or topic leader interspersed with guest speakers with a different slant on Faith. The group usually engages in discussion, question and answers etc
Approx. 9.00pm Prayer time
Approx. 9.15 Break for tea/coffee and chat
Approx. 10.00 close.

Coffee or Tea + biscuit all for 50p per cup. There are also usually lots of goodies to buy: homemade cakes, plants, books etc. with lots of talking and catching up on community life. OPEN TO ALL.
